During his more than 20 years as an injury insurance executive, Matthew has worked closely with insurers, regulators and government.
He has a deep understanding of injury schemes, and specialises in balancing complex stakeholder relationships, focusing on sustainable business outcomes that meet customer needs.
Matthew’s experience spans portfolio management and strategy, claims handling models, major web system transformations, and change management.
Matthew is a skilled thought leader and mentor, advising industry on injury scheme reform, including for lifetime care. He is an experienced board member, currently for the Physical Disability Council of New South Wales among others, and has broadened the influence of wheelchair sports through media promotion, sponsorships and community awareness.
