Sijing is a qualified actuary with expertise across general insurance, advanced analytics and risk modelling. She has led pricing and analytics initiatives across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, helping insurers and government agencies use data to make better decisions and manage risk with confidence.
Sijing has worked across both insurance and reinsurance markets in London, where she held senior actuarial roles spanning specialty and personal lines portfolios. Her experience includes supporting underwriting strategy, portfolio management and business planning, as well as developing advanced pricing and analytics capabilities to support growth and performance.

Prior to her time in London, Sijing worked extensively on personal lines pricing for Australian insurers, where she worked across technical cost modelling, demand modelling, and price optimisation. She has also delivered strategic analytics projects focused on automated modelling frameworks and alternative model architectures using advanced machine learning techniques.
Alongside her insurance experience, Sijing has delivered major analytics projects for government and health sector clients across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on individual pathway modelling to support long-term policy decisions. Her ability to combine technical rigour with clear communication enables clients to turn complex data into practical insights and action.
